by Back Pain
There are four stages of development when it comes to back pain.
1. muscle imbalances
These may be the result of over use, for example, using mainly the right side in sports or other type of exercise you do, how you sit, walk and sit, and the type of work they undertake to illustrate, consider what happens when the direction of your car is out of alignment or tires are not balanced. They wear unevenly, not to mention much faster than normal and are likely to blow out. that what is happens, then, lifting a weight incorrectly and give back - the tire exploded after all that irregular wear - body and spine out of alignment.
2. Dysfunction
Once the muscles become unbalanced and moving the body and spine, a failure has occurred. In this early stage, one can not ignore the fact that they have a problem at all that dysfunction in the background working away for years until one day - bang.
3. Terms
We know that muscle imbalances lead to malfunction, leading to conditions. It is very important to understand that what this state has appeared out of nowhere - it was created over a long period of time. After years of dealing with dysfunction, a condition such as a herniated disk is created.
4. Bread
The last step is pain in itself - as a direct result of the state. We know that the oil light on the dashboard, the pain is how agencies to inform you that there is a problem. At this stage, however, the state has emerged after years of dysfunction caused by muscle imbalances. For this reason, once you are in the final stages of pain, doctors, drugs and surgery are of no use.
As you have seen how back pain is a gradual progression of muscle imbalances to a fault condition and, ultimately, pain. The only way to effectively prevent back pain is to correct muscle imbalances before they have a chance to increase the defects that require care and maintenance mentality.
